Challenging Gameplay

Fate of Fire: Kyvedy Guardiah is a story rich, action game with four distinct classes.
Every level offers new challenges and shifting mechanics to keep your playthrough always fresh.

You will play as the main characters, each one with its own unique style and abilities. 

Employ Stealth, Speed, reason to find Clever Solutions to complete the levels, or Fight your way to the end in a level-less system where only your skill matters!

• Cast your spell to stun your enemies and defeat them.

• Prepare your counter attack to improve your defense or charge forward.

• Hide in the shadows to move and strike unseen.

• Light The Kyvedy Flame to gain an extra life or unleash its power to burn your enemies.

• Souls can join your cause and travel with you to bring you back from the dead.

A tale of Struggle

"..destiny won't stay idle as we fight it.."

Chosen by the Mysterious Kyvedy Fire, Roy and Eria will enter the sealed Tower where no one set foot in the last 7 hundred years. Each passing day their journey will become more and more dangerous as unknown forces are watching them.

Sir Argos, captain of the Silver Knights, banished by the King, is the only witness of the two young heroes entering Guardiah. But the good news won't be easily trusted as now the King has vowed to eradicate any mage in the world, blaming them for the loss to Death.

Master Thornbolt, mage of the White Tower, now hiding from the King's soldiers, will try to find a way to change the tragic fate entering the Forbidden library.

And as the Monsters of the world, abandoned by the King,  will rebel against Humanity, Nilosh will lead the siege to the Town of Osha.

..and more will join the struggle.

All fated to die, each character will play its part in the story as the events of the outside world and the journey inside Guardiah Tower are intertwined,

As you progress in the game you will unlock new chapters of the story that can be replayed and skipped at your leisure.

Lore

If you are in for the Lore and love to discover more, in the Library you can read all the books collected, expanding your knowledge of The Worlds and giving a better insight of the events.
In the library you will also find "An old diary" that shows your achievements and "The Kyvedy Trials" that stores your records.

It stays in our memories forever along with our beloved games.

Fate of Fire is no exception and it boasts 32 tracks composed by the amazing Tim Beek to drive your journey, push your fights, warm your heart or shroud you in mystery.
 

Secrets and Fun !

While the game mainly deals with the dire fate of Humanity there are still funny secrets and humor.
From the Ten bad endings, with some of them for you to discover while screwing up, to the pleasure of discovering what happens if you Skip a Cutscene.. and many more.

Replayable !

Fate of Fire offers High Replayability with Two Game Modes and Three Level Difficulties.

The "Classic Mode" lets  you enjoy the story and progress in the game unlocking new levels.

The "Runner Mode" can be enabled once a level is unlocked and it alters the game mechanics and adds a time limit for each level to push your speed to the limit.

All your records are saved in The Kyvedy Trials, a book you'll find in the Prism's library.

As each level can be played as many times as you like, you can always challenge yourself to see if you can do better !

"Monster", "Human" and "Feather" are the three level difficulties.

• Human is the standard difficulty.

• Feather is aimed for a more relaxed and chill playthrough.

• Monster difficulty lets you face an harder version of the level and adds Handicaps to your run.

You can change game mode and difficulty at will while in the world map to fine tune your experience or try different things.

The game is more enjoyable when played "in the dark", so please be kind to those that still have to play it and don't spoil.

You can stream the game and make videos, just add the usual spoiler warning if needed.
